Co-President, Fall Primary
Hello everybody! My name is Autumn Jenkins and I am the Co-President, Fall Primary of AMA as well as the CATALYST Marketing President. I am a fourth year Marketing Major, earning an Entrepreneurship Minor and Business Law and Ethics Certificate. Over my years of involvement with AMA, this organization has provided me a unique atmosphere of leadership, opportunity, and growth. I truly look forward to what the 2022-2023 academic year has in store for AMA!
Before choosing Marketing as my Major at UC, I enjoyed competing, meeting new people, and challenging traditionally-held views on numerous topics. By my junior year of high school, I was competing internationally in DECA, a competitive Marketing organization. This program built up my love for Marketing, case studies, and competitions. Now at UC and graduating with my Bachelor's degree in December 2022, I get the opportunity to share my passions with others. I get the opportunity to lead others in their own academic, professional, and personal endeavors. I get the opportunity to lead an AMAzing organization that bridges the gap between the classroom and the boardroom. Outside of my studies, AMA, and my Marketing internship, I enjoy visiting local coffee shops, hanging out with friends, working out at the Rec Center, or spending too much money at Target. I'm also one of the most extroverted people you will ever meet, so please do not hesitate to reach out! We can grab coffee, go to a local Cincinnati park, or sit on campus and chat - I'm always down for whatever. |
Co-President, Spring Primary
Hello everyone! My name is Nicole Beauchot and I am the Co-President, Spring Primary of AMA. I am a fourth year Marketing major with a minor in Psychology and will be graduating in May of 2023. Throughout my time at UC as a Bearcat and a proud Lindner College of Business student, AMA has been a valuable resource to help strengthen both my professional skills and develop my interpersonal skills. This organization gave me a community of people who support and encourage me to be the best version of myself. During my time with AMA, I’ve enjoyed the chance to grow as a leader and learn the career path I intend to take.
Before choosing Marketing as my major, I always enjoyed more creative oriented tasks and was very involved with Student Government during high school. I grew up watching my Dad be a Sales Manager at P&G and quickly wanted to follow in his footsteps into the business world. I took my first Marketing class as a freshman and fell in love with the course. Marketing has a wide variety of career paths available, and I was excited at the chance to explore the field and pinpoint what I desired to do. Now as a senior at UC, I will be graduating with my bachelor's degree in May and hope to be a Marketing Research Analyst post-graduation. I’m truly looking forward to this wonderful time within AMA and cannot wait to see the impact this club leaves on the Marketing students here at the University of Cincinnati as it has on me. Outside of school and AMA, I enjoy reading, working out, getting involved with volunteering, and exploring the Cincinnati area in pursuit of new coffee shops. If you ever want to grab a cup of coffee or talk about anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever. It’s a pleasure to meet you! |
Agency Co-President
Hi everyone! My name is Reese Vrooman and I am Co-President of AMA Agency this year! I am a fourth year Marketing Major, also earning a minor in Business Analytics and a Business Law and Ethics certificate. I have been involved in AMA and AMA Agency since my freshman year. Since then, I have held the roles of Chief of Design and Vice President within the Agency. I’m looking forward to finding new and interesting projects for the Agency to take on this semester!
When choosing a major, I wanted to find something that would allow me to succeed in multiple different industries and career paths. After taking a few business courses in high school, I decided to pursue a BBA, with a major in Marketing. While I wanted a practical option, I also wanted to be involved in the side of business that would allow me to be creative. Coming to UC and joining AMA has allowed me to build my skills through both academic and professional pursuits. I love the experiential side of AMA Agency specifically, as it gives students opportunities to work together and create actual content and deliverables for real clients! In my free time outside of class, I love to read, drink coffee, explore downtown, and spend time with my friends and family. I have also recently picked up crocheting as a new hobby! |
Agency Co-President
My name is Olivia Bransford, and I am a Communication Design Major here at the University of Cincinnati. I am currently pursuing a B.S. of Design and have lived in Cincinnati all my life. I love to travel and experience new things, meet new people, and see new places. Ever since I was young I have had a strong passion for art and design, especially realism painting and drawing.
Outside of creating, I am an animal lover and have been an equestrian my entire life. Music has been an interest for as long as I can remember, and I am an avid concert goer and music lover. |
Chief Operating Officer
Hi everyone, I’m Taylor Farris! I am AMA’s Chief Operations Officer for the 2022-2023 academic year. I‘m a third year studying Marketing with a focus on Brand Management. I transferred to UC in the Spring of 2021 and joined AMA that fall. I love the opportunities this program creates for UC’s students. I can’t wait to see what other experiences come with the upcoming year!
When choosing a major, I wanted to find a field that allowed me to develop skills I could apply to many industries. I knew marketing was for me as soon as I stepped foot into Intro to Marketing. Content creation, project management, and branding quickly became my favorite. AMA helped me obtain more technical skills like Salesforce and gave me a competitive edge. This program fills in any gaps we may see in our courses and prepares us to become confident, knowledgeable marketers. In my free time, I enjoy exploring downtown, trying new hobbies (currently, I enjoy reupholstering furniture and painting!), and spending time with friends. |
Chief Marketing Officer
Hey everybody, I am McKenzie Wallster and I am AMA’s Chief Marketing Officer for the 2022-2023 school year. I am a third year Marketing Major earning a minor in Business Analytics at the University of Cincinnati. I joined AMA last year where I had the opportunity to grow, learn, and network with inspiring individuals. I look forward to becoming more involved in AMA this year and continue to experience the opportunities presented to me throughout this school year!
When exploring different majors, I immediately knew that I wanted to go into business because of the opportunities business provides. I then searched for a major where I can grow and utilize my strengths of leadership, public speaking, and creativity. With this I developed my passion for marketing. AMA has thus provided me with the opportunities to learn about the many types of marketing and has allowed me to develop my understanding of how to be successful in a professional environment. When I am not in school, I enjoy working out at the Rec Center, going to parks, and drawing. I am always open to trying new things and love being able to explore Cincinnati with my friends. Looking forward to another great year at UC! |
VP of Information
Hello, I’m Daniel Breslin, the Vice President of Information for AMA this year. I’m a sophomore studying Marketing and Finance. I chose marketing within UC due to my interest in Product Development and the co-op opportunities in relevant fields to test out my career while in school.
I always knew that I wanted to pursue a business degree and I found that marketing and finance were the two best fits for me. I found that I enjoyed marketing and finance while working on group projects and presentations while in high school. More specifically, I am interested in product development and brand management due to how involved you can be with the product and customers. Outside of the classroom I enjoy playing tennis, playing golf, or watching football. I look forward to expanding my marketing knowledge with AMA this year! |
